There are 3 primary stages of the selling process; 1) Preparing the home for sale. 2) Marketing the home. 3) Executing the transaction. Each stage involves tasks, and expertise, that can make thousands of dollars of difference. We walk you through those stages and make sure you know the importance of every step.

Pricing Your Home

Pricing is a strategy, and every home is different. Much depends on market conditions and competition at a given time. Over-pricing, however, can be costly. Why? Because it results in longer days on market, and longer days on market results in lower offers. Our job is to advise, but you ultimately choose your price.

Preparing Your Home for Sale

Every home has aspects which set it aside from its competition. With 43 years combined experience, we know how to identify those aspects, then highlight them within our marketing. With that knowledge, we set out to help you prepare the home for sale. The effort that goes into that preparation is often the most important aspect of the process, and results in faster sales at higher prices.

Staging

On furnished and occupied homes, we use our expertise to arrange (if needed) the home in a way which highlights all of its best attributes. Sometimes, just a small amount of tweaking goes a long way. In addition, we keep a large amount of staging inventory on hand. Therefore, we're often able to provide partial and even full staging at little to no extra cost. Some homes are candidates for virtual staging too. We'll explain when and why.
